If you have diabetes you will have a review with a nurse to monitor your condition. The appointment may involve discussing your symptoms, a discussion about your medicines, breathing tests etc.
We will contact you to book your Diabetes review when it is due, this is usually your birth month each year, but if you have any concerns about your condition in the meantime please contact the surgery.
You will be asked to attend for a blood test 6 months from your annual Diabetes review. This is to check your blood sugars. This is not a full review, just a blood test
