It is the responsibility of the parent to ensure that their child receive the vaccinations when required. It is our responsibility to contact you to book the necessary appointments. We monitor the vaccinations each child has had right from birth to 18 years of age. If you do not wish for your child to have any vaccinations we will still need to see you in surgery so that the risks can be explained fully and documented to you as a parent
